Stalwart places its 2000th candidate. Commences “Leadership Hiring” and initiates novel training programs as a part of the L&D portfolio.The group crosses a turnover of INR 40 Million. The team grew and so did the clients with Stalwart establishing itself in catering to behemoths from the Retail, IT and ITES Industry.

Stalwart expanded its service offerings to include executive coaching and succession planning . In the recruitment space, Stalwart expanded its team and added service offerings in the Banking sector and Financial Services space. Stalwart places its 25th leadership candidate and crosses the magical mark of placing its 5000th candidate overall.

With improved services and increasing recognition amongst in the market, Stalwart started strengthening a global network of senior leadership recruitment and expanded the workforce with top-notch services. Stalwart places its 250th candidate at the senior/ leadership level.

The group is now a 125+ member team and growing!

With COVID done and dusted, the Stalwart group stepped up and in taking care of all it’s employees. With layoffs being the norm during the period, Stalwart adhered to the philosophy of one team – one family and ensured no Covid induced lay-offs.

Stalwart used the time to re-strategise and re-invent and come back stronger than ever before.
